AAD designs automobiles and automotive components using clay modeling,  Delta CAD Water jet profiling CNC milling and pipe bending technology. AAD holds all manufacturing rights, trade names and marks, copyrights and patents, intellectual property and data rights, and licensing agreements for manufacturing, design, and engineering. 

Rhys Edwards leads the design and engineering departments and has build many Formula 2000 and Formula  race cars and vehicles for the Armed Forces. AAD has produced various concept vehicles and will contract for the design of an working prototypes for American and European markets. Designed to meet the highest standards of true road race car enthusiasts.

The Giotto sports car is a fully functioning prototype sports car for which Edwards completely fabricated all components related to body and chassis. The Giotto is powered by a 3.5 liter Aluminum V8 mid-engine with a 5 speed transaxle.

Glover Design Inc. is the distributor of AAD products in the US and assigns dealerships world wide.         Glover Design is registered in Douglasville, GA with additional offices in Florida.

Glover Design Inc. is the agent of service of process of AAD's products and is registered with the NHTSA in Washington DC. Some of the products include competition seats, steering wheels, wheels, coil/over springs and shocks and suspension components, spoilers and ground effects accessories.

Glover Design Inc. imports the Shaka cars to Florida, USA and arranges for completion of   the assembly with the addition of the American components. The latter includes engine and transmission, tires, brakes. Each car is meticulously crafted to meet customers requirements.
